Senior Management

Douglas Campbell became Chief Executive Officer and President in October 2023, after serving as President for the prior year. Before joining America’s Car-Mart, Mr. Campbell was Senior Vice President, Head of Fleet Services for the Americas, at Avis Budget Group after serving as Vice President of Remarketing leading their wholesale, retail, and factory program disposals. He led the strategic growth of the direct-to-consumer initiative and the overhaul of a business-to-business online direct sales platform, both contributing to meaningful reductions in overall fleet costs. Prior to joining Avis Budget Group, he worked for AutoNation in both corporate and field leadership roles. Previously, he spent 15 years at Coral Springs Auto Mall as an Executive General Manager overseeing several brands selling both new and used vehicles. Mr. Campbell’s qualifications to serve on the board include his extensive industry and automotive experience.

Marie Persichetti has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since August 2026. She had previously served as the Company's Senior Vice President of Capital Markets since May 2025 and brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, credit risk, operational risk, corporate insurance, healthcare insurance, employee benefits, human resources, and technology. Prior to joining the Company, Marie served as Chief Financial Officer of Bayside Credit from February 2024 to May 2025. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer of AutoNation Finance from 2015 to 2023. Earlier in her career, Marie held leadership positions at Santander Consumer USA, where she served as Capital Markets Director, and at JPMorgan Chase, where she served as Vice President of Product Business Development for Systems and Services Technologies, among other roles.

Vickie D. Judy has served as Chief Accounting Officer of the Company since May 2025, after serving as Car-Mart’s Chief Financial Officer since January 2018. Ms. Judy served as Principal Accounting Officer since March 2016 and Vice President of Accounting since August 2015. Since joining the Company in May 2010, Ms. Judy has also served as Controller and Director of Financial Reporting. Ms. Judy is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining the Company her experience included approximately five years in public accounting with Arthur Andersen & Co. and approximately 17 years at National Home Center, Inc., a home improvement products and building materials retailer, most recently as Vice President of Financial Reporting. Ms. Judy has also served as a director of the board of the Little Rock Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis from January 2018 to December 2023.

Jamie Fischer became Chief Operating Officer in October 2024. Jamie most recently served as Head of Operations at DriveTime Automotive Group, Inc. (“DriveTime”) since 2021. She previously served as Senior Managing Director of Retail and Inventory Operations for DriveTime from 2018 until 2021 and held various leadership positions in operations and human resources management for DriveTime and its affiliated automotive warranty company, SilverRock, Inc., from 2012 to 2018. Prior to joining DriveTime, Ms. Fischer gained nearly a decade of experience in the auto retail industry, where she focused on operations and leadership development.
